Spectra Geospatial Distributor

  • Setting up a group of new controllers for a customer

  • Configuring controllers with sample files for demonstration

User in an organization that has multiple controllers

  • Setting up a group of new controllers with 'standard' files used by the organization
  • Configuring existing controllers with files for a specific project

If you have modified any predefined Spectra Geospatial files and saved them with the original name, then those files are replaced with new versions of the predefined files when you upgrade the software, and any custom changes are lost. In this case, you must manually copy the modified files from the local folder and copy them into the appropriate Spectra Geospatial Data subfolder after the software upgrade. To avoid this, if you modify a predefined format then make sure you save it with a different name.
