At Spectra Geospatial, we know that the best products are the ones our customers can use to their fullest potential. To design our products, we gather direct customer feedback by visiting customers, gathering information from our distribution partners, conducting surveys, technical support reports and other types of field research.

However, a large amount of people around the world use Spectra Geospatial products, so it is impossible for us to contact most of our customers in person to get their feedback. The Spectra Geospatial Solution Improvement Program was created to give all Spectra Geospatial customers the ability to contribute to the design and development of Spectra Geospatial products and services.

The Spectra Geospatial Solution Improvement Program collects information about how you use Spectra Geospatial programs and about some of the problems you may encounter. Spectra Geospatial uses this information to improve the products and features you use most often, to help solve problems, and to better meet your needs. Participation in the program is strictly voluntary.
