Office software updates

Software utility downloads
Spectra Geospatial provides a number of software utilities you can use to more easily manage files.
File and Report Generator
Use the File and Report Generator utility to apply export style sheets to Origin Job or JobXML files. This utility is useful for creating export files or reports in the office, or on very large jobs where report generation can sometimes be difficult to generate on controllers.
When you install the File and Report Generator utility a selection of style sheets is installed to the C:\FRG Style Sheets folder. To download more stylesheets, see Stylesheets.
Auto convert Origin job files
Use the Auto convert Origin job files utility to automatically apply stylesheets to Origin Job or JobXML files. The utility works by searching the specified folders for Job or JobXML files, and automatically creating files or reports from the specified stylesheets using the File and Report Generator utility.
12da file to GENIO road converter for Origin
The 12da file to GENIO road converter for Origin is a utility integrated into Origin 2018.20 and later to convert a 12da file into a GENIO road file when running Origin on Windows.
When running Origin on Android, download the standalone utility to the C:\Program Files\Trimble\General Survey folder and run it on any Windows 10 computer.
After converting the file, the file can be set out using the Origin Roads app.
